Sampling inspection.
Samples selected in accordance

with table II shall undergo examinations in accordance with 4.6.1.
Failure of any sample to meet any of the examinations specified
shall constitute rejection of the lot.
Each test set shall undergo
100 percent inspection.

4.6
Examination methods.
The test set shall be examined as

that it has been properly assembled and adjusted, the electrical
connections are secure, and the workmanship is as specified herein.
4.6.1.2 Documentation.
The test set shall be thoroughly
examined to determine conformance to the requirements of Drawing
11554129 and this specification.
4.6.1.3 Preparation for delivery.
The test shall be examined
to ascertain that the preparation for delivery conforms to contract
requirements.
4.6.2
Functional tests.
Each test set shall be operated five
times in each mode described herein.
4.6.2.1
The test set shall simulate a condition
Ground test.
in which the test set leads are connected together.
Current flow
through the leads shall be measured and shall be not 15
milliamperes dc with the indicator lamp lit.
NOTE:
The test equipment shall not increase the
resistance of a simulated short circuit
connection of the test leads by more than
1 ohm.
4.6.2.2 Fire current test.
Connect the test set leads to the
test equipment.
Set the selector switch on the test set to the
"Fire" position.
The test equipment will initiate a fire pulse and
